1. General Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair usage policies.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Within 7 days of delivery

  • Product unused and in original packaging

  • Invoice required

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built systems

  • Software licenses

  • Opened accessories

  • Refurbished products (unless defective)

4. DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If product is faulty on arrival:

  • Must report within 48 hours

  • Eligible for replacement

5. Refund Processing

  • 5–10 business days

  • Refund to original payment method

6. Shipping Policy

  • Return shipping borne by customer unless defective

  • Original shipping non-refundable

7. Inspection

Returned items undergo quality check before approval.

8. Partial Refunds

Applicable if:

  • Missing accessories

  • Minor damage

9. Cancellation

Allowed before dispatch only.
