At Eco Spark Technologies, we are committed to providing reliable products and professional repair services. This policy outlines the terms for product exchanges and repair services to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

Product Exchange Policy 

Exchange Eligibility

Products purchased from Eco Spark Technologies are eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included

 Valid Reasons for Exchange

Exchange requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Physical damage during delivery (reported within 48 hours)

Non-Eligible Exchange Cases

Exchange requests will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Used or damaged products

  • Missing accessories or packaging

  • Custom-built systems or special orders

  • Refurbished products (unless defective)

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us via email or phone

  • Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Description of issue

    • Product images/videos

After verification:

  • Replacement will be arranged

  • Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer

Shipping for Exchange
  • Free exchange shipping for defective or wrong products

  • For other approved cases, customer may bear shipping charges

 
 


Repair Policy

Service Scope

Eco Spark Technologies provides repair services for:

  • Laptops and desktops

  • Hardware components (motherboard, RAM, SSD, battery, display, etc.)

  • Software issues and system optimization

  • Peripheral devices and IT equipment

 Diagnosis & Approval
  • Initial inspection/diagnosis may be chargeable

  • A detailed repair quotation will be provided

  • Repair will proceed only after customer approval

Data Protection & Responsibility
  • Customers are strictly advised to backup all data before submitting devices

  • Eco Spark Technologies is not responsible for:

    • Data loss

    • Data corruption

    • Software issues after repair

Repair Timeline

Repair time depends on:

  • Issue complexity

  • Availability of spare parts

  • External vendor/service dependencies

Spare Parts Policy
  • We use genuine or high-quality compatible parts

  • Part availability may affect repair duration

Warranty on Repairs
  • Limited warranty of 7 to 30 days on replaced parts

  • Warranty does NOT cover:

    • Physical damage

    • Liquid damage

    • Software-related issues

No Fix – No Charge Policy

If a device cannot be repaired:

  • Only diagnosis/inspection charges will apply

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate issue details

  • Backup important data

  • Collect repaired devices on time

Unclaimed Devices

Devices not collected within 30 days:

  • May incur storage charges

  • May be recycled/disposed as per company policy

Payment Terms
  • Full payment must be completed before delivery

  • Devices will not be released until payment is cleared


 

Limitation Of Liability

Eco Spark Technologies shall not be held responsible for:

  • Loss of data during repair

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business losses due to device downtime
